Commercial Cooking Equipment Every six months

An inspection and servicing of the fire extinguishing system by properly trained and qualified persons shall be made at least every six months.

All actuation components, including remote manual pull stations, mechanical or electrical devices, detectors, actuators, etc., shall be checked for proper operation during the inspection in accordance with the manufacturer's listed procedures.

Fusible links and automatic sprinkler heads shall be replaced at least annually or more frequently if necessary to assure proper operation of the system. Other detection devices shall be serviced or replaced in accord- ance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

Date of inspection shall be recorded on tag and attached to equipment.
