The agent quantity and pressure of refillable containers shall be checked. If a container shows a loss in net weight of more than 5 percent, or a loss of pressure (adjusted for temperature) of more than 10 percent, it shall be refilled or replaced. When the amount of agent in the container is determined by special measuring devices in lieu of weighing, these devices shall be listed. Factory-charged, non-refillable containers that do not have a means of pressure indication shall be weighed at least semi-annually. If a container shows a loss in net weight of more than 5 percent, it shall be replaced. The date, weight, and pressure of the container shall be recorded on a tag and attached to the container. |
